Tain l'Hermitage, North of Mirmande, where Chapoutier winery and Valhrona chocolate is, a fun place to go for lunch is Le Quai which is right on the river and then you can go buy wine and chocolate.

Grignan is fun to visit, there is a castle where the Marquesse de Sevigny lived.   It is surrounded by lavander.

Chateneuf de Pape is fun to go for a day for lunch and check out the wineries

L'Isle sur le Sorgue is a fun place to go on Sunday, there is a flea market and it is charming village, fun for lunch.   Near Avignon
